Where the answers come from
- Search. Your terms go to PubMed with the year filter applied; matching papers are saved into the library.
- Retrieve. Your question is matched against passages in the saved papers — not the open web, not the model's memory.
- Answer. Each claim carries the title and year of the paper it came from, with the passage shown beneath it.
- Keep. The library persists between runs, so later questions can reach papers found weeks ago.
If a passage isn't there, neither is the claim
A question with no supporting passage returns an honest gap rather than an invented citation. Widen the years or search more terms to fill it.
